Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles along the I-25 corridor due to
strong and erratic cross winds. Holiday decorations may become
airborne.
